According to the new Decree Law 3/2024, of May 24, on urgent measures of simplification and administrative rationalization of public administrations, we have returned to the previous regulations on the buildability of rural land.

On this general rustic land (SRG) of 20.200 m2 you can now build a villa of up to 404 m² (606 m2 of land occupation and up to 1.500 m3 of volume), plus a pool of 35 m². So you can enjoy beautiful views, privacy and tranquility in Campos (no flood zone).

At 300 meters are the connections to mains water and electricity. It is located approx. 2 km from the town of Campos, with easy access by asphalt road, the last 200 meters by dirt road, 15 minutes from the beautiful unspoiled beaches of Es Trenc, Sa Rápita and Ses Covetes.
